Yordan Silvera and his team at MOSAIC partnered with NABTU to redefine the organization’s brand identity and website, aligning them with NABTU’s evolving strategic direction and diverse audience. The project required a collaborative UX/UI design process, working closely with the client to map customer journeys, streamline user flows, and create a digital ecosystem that effectively connects users with apprenticeship programs. Yordan’s leadership guided the creative team to balance aesthetics with functionality, resulting in a pragmatic brand system that works seamlessly across digital and print channels.
The comprehensive campaign included lead-generation webpages, interactive educational tools to engage visitors, and digital ads to drive awareness. A multi-channel approach involving email nurture campaigns and postcards was implemented to maximize engagement. Throughout the project, Yordan’s team collaborated with NABTU to make iterative improvements, analyzing performance metrics monthly to optimize results.
The result: NABTU now has a cohesive and sophisticated brand identity system, empowering them to better serve members and attract new apprentices. The rebranding effort fostered buy-in from regional councils nationwide, creating alignment with the refreshed identity. With a more effective digital presence, NABTU has seen increased brand awareness, higher search rankings (both organic and paid), and a significant increase in apprenticeship sign-ups. Within two years, the number of apprenticeship leads tripled month-over-month, positioning NABTU for sustained growth and success
